Comments: In Soufriere, we have received reports of at least 2 poles with wires sparking. Several downed trees. One at Ravine Claire that brought down some wires and a few trees blocking sections of the Etangs to Fond Gens Libre road. So far no flooding reported or major slides. Elsewhere on island there have been periods of strong wind gusts with driving rain and white-out conditions up north. I've seen pictures of minor flooding in Anse-La-Raye and a few downed trees in parts of Castries and Gros Islet. Down south just periods of heavy rain, no flooding. The sea swells/breaking waves have pushed up some rocks on the road at the end of the Hewanorra airport runway.
